This ergonomic seminar is designed to teach employees how to optimize their workspaces and habits to prevent musculoskeletal disorders, such as back pain, carpal tunnel, and neck strain. It covers proper workstation setup, posture, and procedures to improve comfort and productivity. 

Recommended stretches in the workplace will be demonstrated.

This workplace stretching seminar is a guided, educational session designed to reduce fatigue and prevent musculoskeletal injuries by teaching employees simple, daily exercises. These sessions typically focus on relieving strain from prolonged sitting or repetitive motions in areas like the neck, shoulders, wrists, and back.

This stress release seminar is taught by a licensed mental health therapist and designed to help participants identify personal stressors and learn practical techniques for managing and reducing them. These sessions focus on providing actionable tools, such as breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and time management strategies to promote relaxation, build resilience, and improve overall well-being.

A nutrition seminar led by a Registered Dietitian and is an evidence-based, interactive group session designed to provide practical, science-backed guidance on healthy eating, disease prevention, and nutrition myths. This 30 minute presentation covers topics like meal planning, macronutrients, and mindful eating to improve overall wellness . 

Private zoom sessions are offered and most insurance accepted.

These corrective exercise seminars (offered as lower and upper body separately) is designed to teach methods for identifying, assessing, and addressing musculoskeletal imbalances and movement dysfunction. Participants learn to use, for example, self-myofascial release, stretching, and strengthening techniques to reduce pain, prevent injuries, and improve client movement efficiency.
